Abstract

PURPOSE: To make a panel capable of being fitted to a protrusion of other panel and adaptable to any part by placing a columnar member having an outer face member having flange at an end of a bent face and an inner face member with a flat face or a groove exposed between the flanges opposite to each other and filling a foamable heat insulating material between the face members. CONSTITUTION: For making one end face at the corner of a box flat, an outer surface member 13 having a bent face 11 and a flange 12 having an L-shaped section at an end of the bent face 11 and an inner face member 15 having a flange 14 with a gap P from the flange 12 are disposed with a gap Q and a foamable heat insulating material 30 is filled between both face members 13, 15 to form a corner-constituting panel. A square columnar member 18 is disposed in such a manner as to expose a flat face 16 or a groove 17 in the gap P defined by the flanges 12, 14 in an interior of one end face side of the panel where the bent face 11 locates. The square columnar member 18 is rotated 180 deg. around its center axis to make a face 28 having the flat face 16 or groove 17 exposed outside.

Conventional Technology To construct a prefabricated refrigerator or freezer, a plurality of heat-insulating panels are usually combined to form a box-like structure having a top wall, side walls, and bottom wall. As disclosed in the official gazette, for example, a recess or a convex part is formed at the connection end of a one-tatami-sized heat insulation panel with another panel, and the convex part is combined with the concave part. The panels are connected together using locks.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention When forming a box shape by combining heat insulating panels, when configuring the corners of the box, a convex portion or a concave portion is formed only at the end of the panel in the thickness direction. Since it is impossible to construct the panel by itself, one of the panels installed at the corner has a flat end face in the board thickness direction, and a concave groove is formed at the end of the inner surface material, and the end face of the other panel is It is possible to combine the protrusions provided on the sides. and,
This makes it possible to form an insulating box, but the box is usually provided with a door for storing and taking out stored items inside the box, and this door and side walls are made up of To install the door so that it is on the same surface as the panel, a frame is created to surround the door and this frame is attached, but a flat surface is required to install this frame (to form this flat surface, (Traditionally, pillar-shaped wood was used). In particular, if the door is installed at a corner of the box, it will not be possible to install a groove in the corner, so although it is possible to install the door, panels will be required at the top and bottom of the door. At the time, a special connecting member was required, for example, having a cross-sectional shape. For this reason, there is a problem in that the connecting member protrudes from the panel surface, and only this connecting portion cannot be flattened.

In addition, since it is not possible to provide grooves in the corners of the door installation, it is not possible to provide a panel coupling device called a rotary lock, making panel installation laborious and difficult. There was also the problem that the panels could not be firmly fixed together.

(1) is a prefabricated insulating box constructed by connecting and connecting multiple insulating panels (2) and transparent doors (3), and the insulating panels include a ceiling panel (4), a side wall panel ( 5), a floor panel (6), and especially at the front of the insulating box (1) where the transparent door (3) is installed, the front upper wall panel ( 7) and transparent door (3)
The front lower side wall panel (8) is located at the lower part of the front side wall panel (8). Each panel usually has a fixed shape of a rectangle, and has a pair of inner and outer panels disposed at a predetermined distance, and a foamed heat insulating material (such as foamed polyurethane) filled between the panels. 30), and the peripheral edges of both the inner and outer surfaces are provided with recesses or protrusions that serve as connecting portions for coupling and connecting the panels. These concave portions and convex portions may be formed of a foamed heat insulating material, or a frame material specially formed by extrusion molding of a foamed resin such as foamed vinyl chloride may be provided. A coupling device called a rotary type lock, which is combined with a concave part and arranged in a convex part and a concave part (this is a pair of a hook body with a book and a pin body with a pin), makes it easy to During the work, the panels are firmly connected and fixed together. So, to explain an example, a hook body is placed inside the convex part, a pin body is placed inside the concave part, and by rotating and hooking the hook of the hook body to the pin in the pin body, both are firmly attached. It is held and fixed.

On the other hand, the front upper wall panel (7) and the front lower wall panel (8) located at the front of the box body in which the transparent door (3) is installed are attached to the third
As shown in the figure, when installing the transparent door (3) on the left and right side wall panels that make up the front corners, it is difficult to install the transparent door (3) with the conventional panel configuration because it requires a flat surface. Since all of the attached parts are uniformly flat, it is impossible to assemble with uneven parts. Therefore, in order to be able to assemble the protrusions (7^) (8A) provided at the ends of the front upper wall panel (7) and the front lower wall panel (8), we installed the The side wall panels (9) and (10) located will be explained. However, in this example, only the left side wall panel (9) is taken up. The structure of this side wall panel (9) is substantially the same as that of the panel forming the corner of the box (1) (referred to as a corner forming panel), so the structure of the corner forming panel will be explained first.

As described in detail above, according to the present invention, a columnar member having a flat surface and a surface in which a groove is formed is placed on the inside of a bent surface that makes one end surface in the thickness direction of the panel flat. Since the heat insulating panel is arranged so that the flat surface or groove is exposed between the facing flanges of the outer material, the flat surface and the groove are exposed between the flanges. By doing so, it is possible not only to combine it with the convex parts of other panels, but also to arrange a transparent door, and it is possible to use any part of the box as a heat insulating panel constituting the corners of the box. In addition, if the columnar members are made of foamed resin, the difference in thermal conductivity from that of the foamed insulation material can be reduced, which prevents dew from concentrating near the corners of the insulation box, especially on transparent doors. The amount of dew buildup on the front of the box body where it is installed can be reduced. Furthermore, since it is possible to combine the concave groove and the convex portion, the panels can be connected and fixed by a rotary lock, and the panel can be fixed securely and firmly.
