加熱される電熱ヒータを設けると共に、該ヒート
パイプパネルの底壁面に沿う部分に蓄熱器を取外
自在に収納する収納空間を設けて成る。

蓄熱器4はアルミニウム等の良好な熱伝導性を有
する密閉容器4a内に調理温度付近の温度(70℃
〜90℃)に融点を有する有機脂肪酸等の食物油を
原料とする蓄熱材4bを充填して構成する。

(考案の効果) このように本考案によるときは、外部電源によ

き渡らせることが出来、これによつて速やかに且
つ均等に加熱加温出来、しかも蓄熱器によつてこ
れを長時間に亘つて維持出来る保温庫が容易に得
られ、これにより食品は所望温度に保温され、雑
菌の繁殖を防ぐと共に、風味の良い状態で配膳す
ることが出来ると共に、その構造は、断熱性の飲
食物収納庫の内側壁と底側壁に沿わせてヒートパ
イプパネルを設け、該ヒートパイプパネルの前記
底壁面に沿う部分に外部電源により通電加熱され
る電熱ヒータを設けると共に、該ヒートパイプパ
ネルの底壁面に沿う部分に蓄熱器を取外自在に収
納する収納空間を設けるだけで足りて簡単で、し
かも小型にして比較的大きな飲食物収納空間を備
えるものが容易に得られるの効果がある。
