シリンダ先端との間において前記ロツドに嵌合さ
せてゴムリングを設け、ゴムリングを孔もしくは
管内に挿入して、当該ゴムリングを押し部材と解
放シリンダ先端との間で圧縮させることにより、
径方向に広げて孔もしくは管の内面に押し付ける
