Claims (1)
体と微小ギヤツプ置いて配置されたヘツドに収容
され、放射性同位元素を用いたリング状線源と、
この線源の中央開口の背後に設けられた検出器と
を具備し、前記線源からの一次線に基づき前記シ
ート状物体の構成物質によつて発生した蛍光X線
を前記検出器で検出するようにした測定装置にお
いて、前記線源と前記検出器とを収容し前記ヘツ
ド内に固定的に設置されたケースと、このケース
の放射線照射窓上をスライドし放射線を遮断する
スライド式シヤツター機構、並びに、校正時、標
準サンプルを一定高さ迄上昇させると共に、この
標準サンプルを前記放射線照射窓上に回動させる
標準サンプル出入機構とを設けたことを特徴とす
