- 折り曲げた際、少なくとも上紙となる表面の所
定位置に、プリンター印字欄と手書き記入欄とが
位置し、この手書き記入欄に対応する上紙裏面の
位置に発色剤塗布部が、この発色剤塗布部が対接
する下紙表面の位置に顕色剤塗布が、また前記プ
リンター印字部と同様のプリンター印字部が下紙
表面に位置するように構成した折り曲げ複写伝票
用シート。
