を１歯分毎に明暗像として撮影し、かつ、当該明
暗像に対応した電気信号に変換して出力する撮像
カメラと、 撮像カメラの出力のうち、当該対象物の第１番
目の歯形の出力を基準として、第２番目以降の歯
形の出力を順次比較し、隣接歯間ピツチ及び累積
分割ピツチを測定し出力する画像処理装置とを具
