オードを含み、かつ、前記黄色発光ダイオード群
の中に前記赤色発光ダイオードをほぼ均一に分散
して配置した光源ユニツトであることを特徴とす
る近白色信号灯。 (2) 前記光源ユニツトの発光面の一定面積は2c
m2ないし9cm2であり、前記一定面積内の黄色発
光ダイオードの数は、9個ないし15個である実
用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の近白色信号灯
。 (3) 前記黄色発光ダイオードは、ピーク波長が
ほぼ570nmで、通常の使用状態における光の
強度がほぼ300ミリカンデラの発光ダイオード
であり、前記赤色発光ダイオードは、ピーク波長
がほぼ660nmで、通常の使用状態における光
の強度がほぼ1000ミリカンデラの発光ダイオ
ードである実用新案登録請求の範囲第2項記載の
近白色信号灯。
