ニツトに於て、前記ピストンロツドをアウタロツ
ドとインナロツドの二重構造に構成し、インナロ
ツドは前記被動部材と連結せしめ、アウタロツド
とインナロツドとの間に前記被動部材のピストン
ロツド軸心方向と略直交方向への変位量に対応可
能な隙間を構成し、さらに前記アウタロツドと前
記インナロツドの無負荷側とを一体的に連結した
