    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 洋風便器の後部上面側に取り付けられるヒンジ
    片と便座の後端部に形成されるヒンジ片とがヒン
    ジ軸とヒンジ孔とにより回動可能に嵌合されて成
    る洋風便器の便座取付構造において、前記ヒンジ
    孔における内周面の一部には洋風便器の上に便座
    が略々直立した姿勢でヒンジ軸を上下方向へ逃が
    す落込凹部が形成されており、該落込凹部の内周
    面及びヒンジ軸の外周面には互いに回動不能に接
    合する姿勢保持面がそれぞれ形成されていること
    を特徴とする洋風便器の便座取付構造。
