- 正ｎ角柱状体をなし側面が反射面によつて形成
されたポリゴンミラー、同ポリゴンミラーを正ｎ
角形の中心を軸として毎分１５００／ｎ回転以上
で回転させる回転装置、および上記ポリゴンミラ
ーの回転中心に向けてレーザビームを照射するレ
ーザ光源を有することを特徴とする平板光発生装
置。
