産業上の利用分野
本考案は石油フアンヒータ等に用いる燃焼装置

従来例の構成とその問題点
一般にこの種の燃焼装置は燃焼量を強弱等に切
換えられるようになつており、燃焼用空気通路に
はそのための空気量調整手段が設けてある。この
空気量調整手段としては第6、7図に示すように
空気通路21を開・閉するダンパ22が用いられ
ている。このダンパ22は空気通路21を閉塞し
た時弱燃焼に適した小空気量を流すように直径5
mm程度の孔が二つ23a,23b形成してあり、
ダンパ閉成時この孔23a,23bを介して空気
を供給するようになつている。ところがこの弱燃
焼時上記孔23a,23bを通る空気によつて騒
音が発生し、弱燃焼に切換えたにもかかわらず騒
音レベルがそれほど低下しないという問題があつ
た。特に燃焼ガスを室内に放出する開放式の燃焼
装置にあつては騒音が外部に洩れやすい大きな問

た孔を小径としてダンパ周縁部に分散形成したも

実施例の説明
以下その一実施例を気化式燃焼装置の場合を例
にして説明すると、1は気化筒、2はこの気化筒
に燃料を供給するノズルで、ポンプ3を介してタ
ンク3aに連通させてある。4は上記気化筒1の
外周を覆うバーナケース、5はこのバーナケース
4ならびに気化筒1内に空気を供給する燃焼用空
気通路で、フアン6に接続してあり、その吸込口
側端部には網体等からなるフイルターが着脱自在
に装着してある。8は上記空気通路5の途中に設
けた弁座、9はこの弁座8を開閉するダンパで、
ソレノイド10によつて駆動され、燃焼量の切換
えに連動して弁座8を開閉するようになつてい
る。そしてこのダンパ9には第4図に示す如くソ
レノイド軸10aの周辺、すなわちダンパ周縁部
全域にわたつて小径の小孔11……が多数形成し
てある。本実施例では上記小孔11……は直径
1.5mmに形成してあり、従来の孔の直径4.5mmに比
べて極めて小さなものとしてある。なお図中12
は炎孔12aを有するバーナヘツド、13は金網
等からなる整流板、14は点火用電極、15はフ
レームロツド、16は気化筒加熱用のヒータであ

気の通過抵抗が全体としてみれば大きくその結果
小孔11……群を通過する時の流速が低下するた

考案の効果
以上実施例の説明で明らかなように本考案によ
れば、空気がダンパを通過する時に生じる騒音を
低いものとすることができ、弱燃焼時における騒
音レベルを強燃焼時における騒音レベルよりも低
いものとして快適な弱燃焼暖房ができるようにな
るとともにダンパの小孔が2mm以下のものであつ
てもゴミ詰りの心配はなく安心して使用できる。
