連結されたシフトレバー又はそのシヤフトに、円
弧状の外周面に所定数のデテント溝を有するカム
を設ける一方、このカムに対峙する位置に、ロー
ラホルダによつて回転可能に支持されたローラを
設置し、このローラをバネを介して前記カムのデ
テント溝に弾性的に係合することにより前記シフ
トレバーを位置決めする構成とした変速機におけ
