Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 金属管の周囲に正の抵抗温度係数を有する
半導電体の被覆層を具備し、その半導電体の内部
には、少なくとも２本の給電用導体が金属管に対
して縦添え又は横巻き状態となるように埋設され
ているヒータ付き金属管。 (2) 上記半導電体と金属管の界面部及び半導電
体の外周に絶縁体の被覆層が存在することを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載のヒ
ータ付き金属管。 (3) 最外層に保温材層を有していることを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項又は第(2)
項記載のヒータ付き金属管。 (4) 上記半導電体外周の絶縁体被覆層が、保温
機能を兼備していることを特徴とする実用新案登
