この考案は、タンクローリの油種確認装置に関
するもので、周囲の環境に左右されることなく、
安全かつ正確に配管内を通過する油の油種を透視
確認できるようにすることを目的とするものであ

するため、石油製品の油種を確認する種々の手段
を講じていた。この場合、その一つの手段とし
て、タンクローリの配管吐出口近傍に、覗き窓を
設け、目視により染色された油種を確認する方法
がある。この場合に用いられる覗き窓は、上下又
は側方の2個所に自然光の透過窓と目視用の覗き
窓を設け、外部の自然光によりあらかじめ特定の
色に着色された油の油種を確認していた。

き窓とを、それぞれ前記配管に設け、もつて前記
配管内部を通過する特定の油の油種を透視確認す
るタンクローリの油種確認装置を提案するもので
ある。

側端部に、この考案の油種確認装置を構成する油
種確認部5が形成され、またこの油種確認部5と
共に油種確認装置を構成する光源部6が、油種確
認部5から離隔された位置で、タンクローリ本体
を構成するシヤシ3に配設し、バツテリ7に連結

部材である反射鏡18を配設し、この反射鏡18
とほぼ対峙する斜め上部に、反射鏡18に向つて
斜めに穿設された穴部19に、押え具20をもつ
てガラス又はアクリル等の透過体21を配設して
成り、この透過体21から透過光を発すべく、前
記光源箱8とこの透過体21とが、光フアイバー
ケーブル等の伝光体22で連結されている。すな
わち前記光源箱8内に配設されてバツテリ7の発
光する光源本体であるランプ23の光を受けて、
前記伝光体22内を通過する光が、前記透過体2
1に伝送されて、斜め下部の反射鏡18に反射し
た後、上部に位置する透過体13を通過する現象
を利用して、配管内部を通過する特定の色に染色
された油の油種を透視確認できるようになつてい

で、油の油種の判別が容易かつ正確となる。しか
もこの考案の油種確認装置によれば、光源本体と

れた位置に配設することができ、光源本体と油種
確認部上部とを光フアイバーケーブル等の伝光体
で接続してあるので、タンク内の油が石油製品で
あつても、光源による熱の影響や漏洩電流による

え、安全かつ正確に油の油種の目視確認ができる
という優れた効果を有するものである。
