Claims (1)

結機構に連結された駆動モータと、前記各アクチ
ユエータの出力部に、弁開閉作動部を連結した複
数の弁装置を備えてなる連動弁装置。 (2) 伝達力緩衝機構が、駆動軸にスプライン結
合して軸線方向に移動可能なウオームと、該ウオ
ームの軸線方向の移動に弾性的に抵抗するバネと
、前記ウオームに噛合し、弁開閉作動部に連結さ
れたウオームホイールとからなるトルク制御機構
である実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項に記載の
連動弁装置。 (3) 伝達力緩衝機構が線形の弾性特性に応じて
弾性偏位を生じるコイルバネによるものと、非線
形の弾性特性に応じて弾性偏位を生じる皿ばねに
よるものが動達伝達機構の途中2個所に設けられ

項に記載の連動弁装置。 (4) 駆動力連結機構が、アクチユエータの駆動
軸の一端を入力軸に、同じく他端を出力軸にして
