Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 負荷抵抗力に応じて、動力伝達機構の適所

緩衝する伝達力緩衝機構を具有する複数のアクチ
ユエータと、該複数のアクチユエータ間の駆動力
入力部を連結する駆動力連結機構と、該駆動力連
結機構に連結された駆動モータと、前記各アクチ
ユエータの出力部に、弁開閉作動部を連結した複
数の弁装置を備えてなる連動弁装置。 (2) 伝達力緩衝機構が、駆動軸にスプライン結
合して軸線方向に移動可能なウオームと、該ウオ
ームの軸線方向の移動に弾性的に抵抗するバネと
、前記ウオームに噛合し、弁開閉作動部に連結さ
れたウオームホイールとからなるトルク制御機構
である実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項に記載の
連動弁装置。 (3) 伝達力緩衝機構が線形の弾性特性に応じて
弾性偏位を生じるコイルバネによるものと、非線
形の弾性特性に応じて弾性偏位を生じる皿ばねに
よるものが動達伝達機構の途中2個所に設けられ
ている実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項又は第(2)
項に記載の連動弁装置。 (4) 駆動力連結機構が、アクチユエータの駆動
軸の一端を入力軸に、同じく他端を出力軸にして
、複数のアクチユエータを連鎖状に連結するもの

項のいずれかに記載の連動弁装置。
