工機械のスピンドルへの取付フランジを形成し、
他端に被加工歯車の端面を支持する環状支持リン
グと、該歯車のボス穴に摺接し、少なくともその
外周面に複数の環状溝を有する突出部が形成され
てなるボス穴クランプ部材とを前記マンドレルの
貫通孔と同芯に装着すると共に、前記クランプ部
材の突出部の先端をマンドレル側に加圧する引き
棒が前記貫通孔に嵌入され、該引き棒の他端が前
記マンドレルの一端にバネを介して弾発支持され
ていることを特徴とする被加工歯車のクランプ装
