(Prior art) A cargo handling arm is rotatably provided on the body frame of a cargo handling vehicle, and a guide roller is pivotally supported at the rear end of the vehicle body frame. It is known that containers are placed on the guide rollers and containers can be loaded and unloaded between the ground and the vehicle body frame by rotating the cargo handling arm.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) In the cargo handling vehicle, if the container is loaded by aligning the longitudinal center axes of the cargo handling vehicle and the container in a straight line, the container can be loaded without any hindrance. However, it is generally difficult to align the longitudinal center axis of a heavy container with the longitudinal center axis of the cargo handling vehicle, and in most cases, the container is slightly shifted in a direction that intersects with the longitudinal center axis of the cargo handling vehicle. It is then loaded onto the body frame of a cargo handling vehicle. By the way, the main girder is placed on guide rollers, and the outer width of the main girder and the outer width of the guide roller are usually formed to be approximately the same because the main girder is placed on guide rollers and is held between the guide rollers during running to prevent lateral vibration. If the loading operation is carried out in such a misaligned state, the main girders of the container may run onto or deviate from the tapered surfaces formed on the flanges of the guide rollers, which have approximately the same width, causing the container to tilt. Therefore, a large twisting force or bending force acts on the cargo handling arm, and there is a danger that the cargo handling arm may be deformed.

(Means for Solving the Problems) Therefore, in the present invention, the width of the main girder is narrowed to prevent such a risk from occurring, and a guide member is provided at the rear of the main girder.

(Embodiment) Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings.
It is pivoted 3 so that it can be raised and rotated back and forth. The cargo handling arm 2 consists of a base arm 4 and an L-shaped tip arm 5 that is telescopically inserted into the base arm 4.
A telescopic cylinder 6 is connected between the front arm 5 and the front arm 5, and the front arm 5 can be extended or contracted with respect to the base arm 4 by the telescopic operation of the telescopic cylinder 6. A shift cylinder 7 is connected between the vehicle body frame 1 and the base arm 4, and the expansion and contraction of the lift cylinder 7 allows the cargo handling arm 2 to rotate back and forth around the pivot 3.

A hook 8 is fixed to the tip of the front arm 5 of the cargo handling arm 2, and the hook 8 can be engaged with and detached from a locking piece 9 of a container C, which will be described later. A pair of guide rollers 10 are rotatably supported at the rear end of the body frame 1 of the cargo handling vehicle V, and each of these guide rollers 10 has a flange portion 12 having a tapered surface 11 for correcting misalignment of the container C. It is formed in one piece.

Here, to explain the dimensional ratio, the outer width G between the left and right guide members 14 is formed to be the same as or slightly narrower than the outer width B between the guide rollers 10, and the inner width between the guide members 14 is formed between the main beams 13. (The inner surface of the guide member 14 and the main girder 1
Since the outer surface of 3 is fixed, the width is naturally the same).

When loading the container C placed on the ground R onto the body frame 1 of the cargo handling vehicle V, the cargo handling arm 2 is rotated rearward and the hook 8 at the tip thereof is engaged with the locking piece 9. After this, when the lift cylinder 7 is retracted, the cargo handling arm 2 rotates forward, the front end of the container C is lifted, and the rear end is raised above the ground R, and the two main girders are lifted up as shown in Fig. 4. 13 is placed on a pair of guide rollers 10. By the subsequent forward rotation of the cargo handling arm 2, the main girder 13 is moved to the guide roller 1.
The container C is loaded onto the vehicle body frame 1 while being guided to the vehicle body frame 1. Therefore, in the loading operation of the container C, if the container is loaded with the longitudinal center axis of the cargo handling vehicle V and the longitudinal center axis of the container C well aligned, the two main girders 13 roller 1
However, if the container C is loaded with its longitudinal center line intersecting the longitudinal center axis of the cargo handling vehicle V, the two rows The outer width A of the main girder 13 is narrower than the outer width B of the guide roller 12, so there is a small margin for it to run over the tapered surface 11.

Then, the main girder 10 is guided by the tapered surface 11 to the position shown by the solid line in FIG. When completed, the vertical central axes of the container C and the cargo handling vehicle V are aligned, and both sides of the guide member 11 are aligned with the tapered surface 1 of the guide roller 12.
1, and sideways vibration during driving is also prevented.

When the container C is pulled up to the solid line position in FIG. 3, that is, when the rear part of the container C is supported by the guide rollers 10, the two main beams
The guide member 14 on the side of the rear lower surface contacts. In this way, even if the container C is loaded up to the solid line position in Figure 3 with the vertical center axis of the container C intersecting with the vertical center axis of the cargo handling vehicle V, as shown in Figure 4, the main The bottom of the girder 13 is the guide roller 1
The cargo handling arm 2 does not run over the tapered surface of 0.
There is no possibility that twisting or bending force will be applied to the material.

(Effect of the invention) As described above, according to the invention, the guide member 14 is provided on the rear lower surface side of the main girder 13 of the container C, and this part is made approximately the same as the outer width of the guide roller 10, and the main girder By narrowing the outer width of the front part of the container 13, it is difficult for the container to run onto the tapered surface 11. Therefore, the container can be smoothly loaded onto the vehicle body frame 1 without applying large twisting or bending forces to the cargo handling arm 2. , deformation of the cargo handling arm 2 can be prevented.
