に伴い絶縁状態をもたらす高温超電導体と、この
高温超電導体に電流を供給する電流供給装置と、
この高温超電導体に流れる電流を検知する電流検
知装置とを備えてこれらに閉ループを構成すると
ともに、上記高温超電導体をマトリクス状に配列
