Claims (1)
- 可撓性ホースをピンチする押圧機構を備え、こ
の押圧機構のピンチで前記可撓性ホース内の流体
の流れを調整するピンチ弁装置において、前記押
圧機構を作動させるシンリンダ機構と、操作手段
からの弁開度の設定で前記シリンダ機構を設定ス
トローク作動させ弁開度を調節する制御手段とを
備えることを特徴とするピンチ弁装置。
