    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 天井に開口を設け、この開口の一側に下方に回
    動自在の蓋板を設け、この蓋板の内面側に下段は
    しご部材を固定し、この下段はしご部材の側板の
    先端部にヒンジの一方の羽部材を固定し、他方の
    羽部材を中段はしご部材の側板に連結することに
    より折り畳み可能に形成した天井収納用はしご装
    置において、前記下段はしご部材にばねの一端を
    固定し、前記ヒンジの他方の羽部材に前記ばねの
    他端を係止し、かつその係止位置を、前記中段は
    しご部材の折り畳み状態で前記ばねの一端と前記
    ヒンジの回動中心とを結ぶ線よりも上側に位置し
    、前記中段はしご部材の伸長状態で前記線よりも
    下側に位置するように設定したことを特徴とする
