Claims (1)
シユレータに固定したリードにフイラメントを張
設するようにした電子銃において、前記インシユ
レータ、フイラメント及びリードの少なくとも一
つに寸法基準点を、又、制御電極に、前記寸法基
準点に対応して、透孔を夫々設けたことを特徴と
