おいて、 前記画像情報が１画面ずつ順次に展開して書込
まれる画像メモリと、 前記画像メモリの各１画面の画像情報を符号化
して帯域圧縮し、各１画面の圧縮情報を順次に出
力する圧縮処理回路と、 各１画面の前記圧縮情報が交互に書込まれてく
り返し読出される２個の伝送情報保持メモリと、 前記伝送指令にもとづき前記両保持メモリの完
全な１画面の書込みが終了する毎に書込みが終了
した保持メモリの読出し情報の入力に切換わり、
前記伝送指令の入力直後から最新の完全な１画面
の前記圧縮情報を伝送情報として出力する情報出
