前記閉止部の一方を破断して他方側に引き抜くこ
とにより内部の水を前記発熱剤に放出供給する１
次反応用帯状水袋とを備え、前記１次反応用帯状
水袋内の水に界面活性剤若しくは分散剤を添加し
