金属外管先端に固定し、該金属外管の後端に設け
る外部電極をリード線を介して前記セラミツク発
熱体の電極部に接続したセラミツクヒータの構造
において、前記セラミツク発熱体の電極部及びリ
ード線と前記金属外管との間に放電遮蔽材を設け
、且つ少なくとも前記セラミツク発熱体の電極部
間若しくはこれらに接続するリード線間に１０〜
３０００μ以上のセラミツク粉末を充填したこと
