【考案の詳細な説明】 〈産業上の利用分野〉 本考案は近年ますます盛んになりつつある養魚
に於ける餌の撹拌造粒装置に関するものである。

〈従来の技術〉 養魚にあつては、いわし等の魚を餌として与え

採用されており、現在養魚用餌の撹拌造粒を行な
う装置が多く使用されているが、その大部分は駆
動源に油圧モーターを用いている為に装置自体が
大型になり養魚場に於いて岸辺より撹拌造粒した
餌を投餌する事が多く、又船に積載する場合は手
間が掛かり大型の船に積載しなければならず、小
規模の養魚場や船に積載して投餌を行なう場合に
は不適格であるという問題点があつた。

〈問題点を解決する為の手段〉 本考案の要旨は上部に開閉自在な餌投入口を有
する撹拌用タンク内に、撹拌羽根が突設された回
転軸を横設し、上記撹拌用タンク底部に開閉ダン
パー付の撹拌済餌取出口を設け、同撹拌済餌取出
口をその下部に横置される餌送出用筒体へ連通せ
しめ、しかも同餌送出用筒体内にはスクリユーコ
ンベアを内包せしめると共にその先端部には造粒
機構を内蔵せしめ、更に上記回転軸及びスクリユ
ーコンベアを駆動回転させる減速機付エンジンを
所要部所に配設し、同回転軸及びスクリユーコン
ベアとの間にそれぞれ設けられたクラツチを介し
切替自在に連動せしめたことを特徴とする養魚用
餌の撹拌造粒装置である。

の撹拌済餌取出口6を設け、同撹拌済餌取出口6
をその下部に横置される餌送出用筒体7へ連通せ
しめ、しかも同餌送出用筒体7内には回転軸に螺
旋状に羽根を付設したスクリユーコンベア8を内
包せしめると共にその先端部には造粒機構9を内
蔵せしめ、更に減速機付エンジン10を第2図の
側面図で示す様に上記同餌送出用筒体7後部に配
設し、上記回転軸4及びスクリユーコンベア8と
の間にそれぞれ設けられた歯車及びベルト等の連
動装置11,11とクラツチ12,12を介する
ことにより駆動回転及び切替え自在に連動したも
のであり、上記餌投入口1から餌及び栄養剤等を
上記撹拌用タンク内に投入し、上記クラツチ12
を入れることにより上記撹拌用タンク内の上記撹
拌羽根3の回転により撹拌され、同攪拌された餌
料を上記撹拌用タンク底部に設けられた開閉ダン
パー5付の撹拌済餌取出口6により下部に横置さ
れた上記餌送出用筒体7内に送出される。なお、
開閉ダンパー5はタンクダンパハンドル13を回
動させる事により開閉自在にできるものである。
更に、上記餌送出用筒体7内に送出された餌料は
同餌送出用筒体7内に内包されるスクリユーコン
ベア8の回転により先端部に内蔵された造粒機構
9に移送され、移送された餌料は造粒機構9によ
つて造粒送出されるものである。
