Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 上部に開口をもつ有底の外筒と、該外筒の
上部に着脱可能な外蓋とで構成され比誘電率の低
い材料で作られた外容器と、 上部に着座面をもち、内部に試料を収容する有
底内筒と、該着座面に着座し該有底内筒の内部を
密閉状態に保持する合せ面をもつ内蓋とで構成さ
れ、該外容器に収容押圧されて密閉状態を保つ合
成樹脂製の内容器とからなり、 該外筒内に該内容器を収納し、該外蓋を該外筒
に係合することによつて該内蓋を該有底内筒に圧
着させ該有底内筒の密閉状態を保つとともに外部
より該外容器を通して高周波を照射させることに
よつて該内容器内の該試料を直接加熱できる構成
としたことを特徴とする高周波加熱用試料溶解反
応容器。 (2) 外蓋と外筒は螺合係合し、該外筒は着脱可
能な底部をもつ実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載の高周波加熱用試料溶解反応容器。 (3) 外容器を構成する比誘電率の低い材料は比
誘電率１０．０以下のセラミツクス材あるいは合
成樹脂材である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載の高周波加熱用試料溶解反応容器。
