    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上、下の各外導体内に上、下の誘電体で中心導
    体を挟持したトリプレート構造のマイクロ波回路
    において、前記上、下の誘電体には中心導体に臨
    む貫通穴を開設し、一方の誘電体の貫通穴内には
    外導体に螺合された調整ビスの内端を挿入させ、
    他方の誘電体の貫通穴内には誘電率の高い誘電体
    を充填させたことを特徴とするマイクロ波回路。
