材料を混練するインペラと、そのインペラによつ
て混練されたパン材料を発酵及び焙焼するために
パン材料に熱量を供給する、機器本体内に配設さ
れたヒータとを備えてなるパン製造機において、 上記パン調理用容器が、上方に開口が開設され
、パン材料が投入され混練、発酵及び焙焼がおこ
なわれる容器本体と、容器状でその底板部が平ら
であり、容器本体の開口を閉塞すると、容器本体
と共にパン焙焼用の小さな空間を区画形成し得、
かつ裏返して容器本体の開口を閉塞すると容器本
体と共に容積の大きいパン焙焼用の空間を区画形
成し得る蓋体とからなることを特徴とするパン製
造機。 ２ 蓋体で容器本体の開口を閉塞すると、一斤の
パンをつくる空間が区画形成され、かつ裏返しし
た蓋体で容器本体の開口を閉塞すると二斤のパン
をつくる空間が区画形成される実用新案登録請求
