信号にて導通させる第１の半導体スイツチと、前
記出力演算回路の出力信号が予め定めた設定値以
上になつたときにリレー接点を出力するリレーア
ンプと、速度検出器からの速度信号を加速開始信
号にて導通させる第２の半導体スイツチと、前記
加速開始信号にて導通した前記速度信号を入力と
し角加速度を演算し、加速が終了した事で加速終
了信号を出力する速度演算回路とを具備してなる
