エンドブラケツトで軸受を介して支承され固定子
内径に対向して永久磁石を装着した回転子、回転
子の構成部品であるシヤフトの一部にスプライン
軸を有し、該スプライン軸上にブレーキ摩擦板を
摺動自在に装着し、前記エンドブラケツトにブレ
ーキ固定部を巻線を内蔵し、ブレーキデイスクで
ふたをしたブレーキヨークを前記ブレーキ摩擦板
に対向して配置し、該エンドブラケツトとハウジ
ングとの空間に、磁気検知素子を組込んだ位置セ
ンサーを配し、該位置センサーと空隙を隔てて前
記回転子のシヤフトの検出マグネツトを前記の永
久磁石と同極に固定して成る工業ミシン駆動用A
Cサーボモートルにおいて、モートルシヤフト軸
端に冷却フアンを設置し、該冷却フアン、エンド
ブラケツト、ハウジングの一部を被覆するカバー
をエンドブラケツトに固定し、該カバーの閉端部
に設けた吸気孔より、冷却空気を吸入し、前記フ
アンで加速した後、ブレーキ摩擦板、ブレーキヨ
ークを冷却すべく前記カバーでガイドし、カバー
の開放端部より吐出した空気で前記ハウジングの
放熱フインを介して固定子、エンドブラケツト、
ハウジングを冷却する構造で、本モートルで駆動
するミシン動作音より全回転数領域で冷却風音を
小さくしたことを特徴とする工業ミシン駆動用A
