- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 内導体と外導体とからなると共に誘電体気密窓
を有する同軸線路の一端が内部回路に接続され、
上記外導体の他端が中継外導体を介して導波管に
接合されてなるマイクロ波管の高周波結合部にお
いて、 上記同軸線路の外導体と上記中継外導体とは、
上記同軸線路の外導体を内側にしたテーパ面接触
により着脱自在に接続されてなることを特徴とす
るマイクロ波管の高周波結合部。
