  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 金属酸化物半導体の抵抗値の変化を用いた
    ガスセンサと、 ガスセンサの出力をセンサのガス濃度依存性と
    比較し、ガス濃度に換算するための換算手段と、 検出装置をバツクグラウンドガスの検出状態か
    ら、検出対象ガスの検出状態に切り替えるための
    スイツチと、 バツクグラウンドガスの検出状態での換算手段
    の出力を記憶するための記憶手段と、 検出対象ガスの検出状態での換算手段の出力と
    、記憶手段の出力との差から、検出対象ガスの濃
    度を求めるための引き算手段とを設けた、ガス検
    出装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のガス
    検出装置において、 前記換算手段を、ガスセンサ出力のガス濃度依
    存性を記憶させた記憶手段により構成したことを
    特徴とする、ガス検出装置。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のガス
    検出装置において、 前記換算手段をべき乗手段により構成したこと
