Claims (1)
- 真空槽内に納めた配管に一端を当接し、該配管
内を流れる極低温冷媒の温度を測定する極低温用
温度計において、前記温度計の他端を前記真空槽
の外部に抜き出し、前記真空槽の貫通部で一端を
前記温度計側に取り付け他端を前記真空槽側に取
り付けたベローズを介して支持したことを特徴と
する極低温用温度計。
