にその折曲線が方形となるように折曲加工を施し
て対向する折曲脚片を2組有する連結体を形成し
、これら折曲脚片のうちの一方の組を軸挿入孔を
有する結合体に固着すると共に、他方の組を前記
駆動軸より幾分大径の孔を有する規制板を介して
前記記録媒体に固着し、前記駆動軸を該規制板の
孔を挿通して前記結合体の軸挿入孔に挿入・固着
