孔により、また前記背板の通気口を介して前記換
気塔の通気口によりそれぞれ連通されてなるもの

セントポイントができ、重厚感を与えることにな
る。従つて、プレハブ住宅の価値を高めることに
なる。加えて、屋根裏の空気は隅々まで十分に換
気され、屋根裏の通気性は極めて良いものであ
る。従つて、結露もほとんどなく建築物の耐久性
は著しく向上する。さらに、換気箱の両側部に雨
仕舞いが施された通気用の孔が設けられ、開口部
と外界とが該孔により連通されるとともに、背板
の通気口を介して換気塔の通気口によつても連通
されてなるものであるから、換気効率が極めてよ
いとともに、雨仕舞いにも優れている。特に、換
気塔内の空間は背板によつて換気箱内の空間と仕
切られ、且つ該背板の通気口によつてのみ該換気
箱内の空間と連通されているから、強風雨天時に
万一換気塔内で雨水が吹き込んでも、該雨水が換
気箱内にまで浸入するおそれがなく、雨仕舞いに
