Claims (1)
- バイモルフ型圧電素子の振動端部にシヤツタ部
材を取り付け、上記バイモルフ型圧電素子によつ
て上記シヤツタ部材を振動させ、レーザー光線を
変調させるようにしたレーザー光線変調装置。
