弧部11と直線部12とを交互させた同型の外周
を有する胴枠13,14の円弧部11に両端の転
子15に掛けられ、横梁16面上を辷つて移動さ
れるコンベアベルト17を付設した横梁16を渡
して形成せしめた整経胴Aを遊装し、前記のコン
ベアベルト17は胴外から適宜駆動される親歯輪
18とのかみ合いにより一斉に回転される遊星歯
車19の胴内螺軸20と螺合せしめた駆動子21
によつて一斉に夫々同量の微移動し得しめ、導糸
杆6の先端を内方に屈成し導糸部6′として整経
胴Aの前端上面に臨ませてなるサンプル整経機の
構造(符号は後述する実施例で用いるものと同
じ)が知られている。このサンプル整経機は他の
タイプの整経機に比較して均一かつ優良な整経を
行うものとして好評をえている。しかし、この従
来の整経機において、整経胴に異色の糸を順次捲
付けるにはパンチカードの指示により糸選別ガイ
ド及び糸外し装置を作動せしめて一つの糸を外
し、次いで別糸を捲付けるという動作がおこなわ
れるが、この外された糸には張力が急にかからな
くなるから緩み又はたるんでしまい張力むらが生
じてしまい良好な整経ができないという欠点があ
つた。上記した実開昭49−29242号公報ではドロ
ツパーリング26の重量により外された糸もゆる
みなく張られるとされているが、ドロツパーリン
グ26は単なる重力を利用して引つ張るものであ
るから動作は迅速でなく、しかもこのドロツパー
リング26はクリールB側の糸の緩み又はたるみ
を防ぐことができるが、外された糸の整経胴A側
に捲付られた糸の緩み又はたるみ防ぐことはでき
なかつた。

と、該糸抑え切欠きの端面に当接して該回転円盤
体の回転を制限するとともに該糸抑え切欠きの端
面と協働して外された糸を抑える作用を果たすス
トツパーと、パンチカード77又はプログラム設
定器78からの指示により該回転円盤体を反対方
向に回転せしめるように作動するロータリーソレ
ノイドとからなる糸緩み防止装置60を該糸選別
ガイド27に近接する整経胴Aの横梁16の側壁
に設置し、該糸外し装置により次に外される予定
の糸が該糸緩み防止装置60を通過したら該回転

より該回転円盤体を反対方向に回転せしめるよう
に作動するロータリーソレノイドとからなる糸緩
み防止装置60を該糸選別ガイド27に近接する
