Galvanizing treatment equipment for long pipes, shaped steel, etc. usually involves a pretreatment process that involves degreasing, pickling, water washing, and drying of the material to be plated, and then lifting the pretreated material with a crane. It can be divided into a galvanizing and cooling process, in which the product is immersed in a galvanizing pot (plating tank), pulled out, and then cooled. The crane according to the present invention is used in this galvanizing and cooling process.

A conventional crane for galvanizing work (hereinafter referred to as a crane for galvanizing) has two hoist cranes 2 on an elevated rail 1, as shown in Fig. 1.
It has a structure in which a pair of material receiving baskets 5 are attached to the lower end of the hanging hook 3 of the hoist crane 2 via a wire rope 4. 6 and hold it horizontally, insert it into the lower galvanizing pot 7 in this state, pull it up after a predetermined time, change the height position of the left and right baskets, and move the material 6 to be plated in the length direction. It is tilted to squeeze out the plating liquid that has accumulated or adhered to the material to be plated. Generally, in order to perform good galvanizing, it is necessary to insert the material to be plated into the galvanizing pot at a very slow speed, and after pulling it up, to tilt the material to be plated as large as possible to quickly remove excess galvanizing liquid. . However, with conventional galvanizing cranes, the material to be plated, such as pipes and shaped steel, is suspended in a zinc pot because the material to be plated is suspended using a wire rope, and the specific gravity of zinc is approximately the same as that of steel. When inserting the material into the zinc pot, the material to be plated may not be properly immersed into the zinc pot due to buoyancy at very low speeds. In order to ensure that the material is immersed in the zinc pot, the speed of insertion into the zinc pot must be increased. This was a drawback for me. Furthermore, since the hook of such a hoist crane moves freely due to its structure, it is difficult to operate the crane to tilt the material to be plated within a short period of time after hoisting it up, and to the maximum extent possible.

The purpose of this invention is to eliminate these conventional drawbacks, to enable reliable insertion of the material to be plated into the zinc pot, and to maximize the drawing angle (tilt angle) after pulling the material out of the zinc pot. We provide cranes for galvanizing that can be used for galvanizing.

FIG. 2 is a front view of a galvanizing crane according to an embodiment of the present invention. Two trolleys 8 are provided on an elevated rail 1 placed above the galvanized kettle, and each trolley has a guide mast member 9 vertically held therein. The guide mast member 9 is of a telescopic type so that its lower end 9a can be expanded and contracted in the vertical direction by a hoist 10 mounted on the trolley 8, and the trolley itself can move horizontally while holding the guide mast member 9. The device 11 traverses the rail 1. A telescopic hanger 13 is pivotally attached to the lower ends 9a of the pair of guide mast members 9. The hanging tool 13 has an L-shaped member 16 attached to both ends of a main body beam 15 carrying a shuttle device 14 in a telescoping manner, and a grasping claw 17 that protrudes inward is fixed to the tip of the L-shaped member 16. configured. The L-shaped member 16 can be expanded and contracted by the shuttle device according to the length of the material 6 to be plated. 12 is a power supply line to the electric motor mounted on the trolley 8.

The pipe 6 of the material to be plated is held by the hanging tool 13 so that the claws 17 of the hanging tool 13 are inserted into both ends of the pipe outside the plating pot 7, and the two trolleys 8
The material to be plated 6 is brought to the upper position of the plating hook 7 by the horizontal movement of the plating pot 7, and the material to be plated 6 is held at a constant angle by creating a difference in the extension of the left and right guide mast members 9.
As a result, the foreign matter is inserted into the plating pot 7 while being blown up and removed from below. In this case, regardless of the buoyant force acting on the pipe 6, the rigid hanging tool 13 and the guide mast member 9 are immersed in the plating liquid at a very slow speed due to their own weight. After a predetermined time, the guide mast member 9 is contracted and the pipe 6 is pulled up from the plating pot 7.
At this time, the lower end 9a of the guide mast on one side is connected to the hoist 1.
0, the trolley on the same side is moved to the position indicated by the broken line 18 in FIG.
Tilt the pipe 6 at the same time. Since the hanging tool 13 is not suspended by a wire as in the conventional case but is directly connected to the mast member, its free movement is restricted, and the movement of the trolley 8 and the mast member 9 allows the pipe 6 to be reliably and easily moved as desired. The angle can be tilted. Furthermore, in the conventional structure shown in FIG. 1, since the basket 5 has almost no weight, the entire center of gravity below the hook 3 is approximately equal to the center of gravity G of the pipe. However, in the present invention, since the hanging tool 13 is a rigid body, the overall center of gravity of the hanging tool 13 and the pipe 6 is located above the pipe 6 (G') (Figures 2 and 3).
come to the position. In the conventional structure, as shown in FIG. 3, when the pipe 6 is tilted, it can only be tilted until the center of gravity G of the pipe 6 is on the hook center line 19 on one side (but it cannot be tilted any further). If you tilt it, the basket 5 will come off the pipe 6),
In the case of the present invention, as mentioned above, the center of gravity position G' is located above, so it is possible to take an even larger tilting angle than this, and even with such a large tilting, the gripping claw is directly connected to the mast. 17 is pipe 6
It never goes away. The attitude of the pipe in the air is also extremely stable.
