続し、更に前記マスキングカラーの導電性薄膜が
重ねて形成される端部の形状を、端部から1mmの
幅の部分においてはガラス板表面に対し15°以
下の傾斜角としたことを特徴とする導電性薄膜を
形成したガラス板。 (2) 前記導電性薄膜は良導電性の酸化金属層と
金属層との積層体であることを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の導電性薄膜を形成
したガラス板。
