Claims (1)
- 一定の方向に向いた微細な多数の孔を設けたセ
ラミツク材よりなるハネカム断熱材をもつて、上
記孔の方向を軸とするように形成された筒状体の
内面に電熱線を配置した熱分析用電気炉。
