Claims (1)
- 大径部と小径部を有し段部には磁気デイスクの
内周部分を乗せる環状の支持面を形成し内部には
エア供給孔を設けた回転軸と、前記回転軸の小径
部に内蔵され押し出し駆動時にはピストンロツド
の先端が磁気デイスクの内周部分を斜め方向から
前記支持面へ押し付けるよう放射状に配置した複
数本の押し出し単動形エアシリンダとを含むこと
を特徴とする磁気デイスク固定装置。
