工テープを対向させ、かつ基板を回転し、加工テ
ープを繰り出し送りつつ、同時に前記加工テープ
を背後よりシリンダ操作で前進、後退移動される
ローラを介して基板面に加圧当接させてその表面
加工を行うテープ加工装置において、前記シリン
ダを油圧シリンダとし、かつ該油圧シリンダを空
圧／油圧変換器を介して空気圧により駆動制御す
るよう構成したことを特徴とする磁気デイスク基
板のテープ加工装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のテー
プ加工装置において、空圧／油圧変換器が油圧シ
リンダと空気圧源との間の配管路中に介装接続し
た容器内で油圧シリンダ側の油面上に空気圧源の
空圧を印加させるものであることを特徴とする磁
