波回路部へロー付けされた高周波回路部用取り付
け部材と、コレクタ部へロー付けされたコレクタ
部用取り付け部材と、セラミツク部材へロー付け
されたセラミツク部材用取り付け部材とが溶接に
よつて一体化されていることを特徴とする大電力
