ヘリウムから蒸発したヘリウムガスを再凝縮器2
3により冷却して再凝縮させる冷凍機であつて、
冷凍機本体15はクライオスタツト2外部に、再
凝縮器23はクライオスタツト2内部にそれぞれ
配置されていて、上記冷凍機本体15と再凝縮器
23とは内部が真空状態とされた熱伝導率の低い
材料からなる筒状断熱部24により断熱状態で連
結され、かつ該断熱部24内には冷凍機本体15
と再凝縮器23との間で冷媒を授受する再凝縮用
冷媒配管26,27が配設されており、上記断熱
部24には冷凍機本体15から断熱部24周りの
雰囲気が所定レベルとなる部位まで延びる輻射シ
ールド部28が内蔵され、上記再凝縮用冷媒配管
26,27は断熱部24に対してスペーサ29,
30によつて断熱状態で支持されていることを特
