・ルームの下部を常時閉塞するアンダー・カバー
において、内部にエンジン冷却水が流れる制御管
の外周を巻くように形成されていて、該冷却水が
所定温度以上になると可動板を開放する向きに回
動させる形状記憶合金からなるヒンジを備えたこ
