管状桁部片のうち、一方の桁部片のマウス形状の
開口端部と他方の桁部片の直管状の開口端部とに
跨つて、中間部外周に鍔片が突設されたストツプ
ブツシユが嵌着されるとともに、前記両管状部片
の各開口端部の外周面より突設されたロープ止め
