図中、１６，１７はサイドフレーム、１８はバ
ツクフレーム、２２は操作軸、２３は操作軸の螺
部、２４はナツト、２５はブラケツト、２６はガ
イドブラケツト、２８は操作ハンドル、２９は蛇
腹状部材である。

ドルとシートバツク側部面との間に、この操作軸
を覆う伸縮可能な蛇腹状部材を設けたことを特徴
