油室をチエツク弁を介して連通し、ピストンの変
位に伴い一方の油室から流出する作動油を油溜室
へと導く油通路の途中にシヤツトバルブを設け、
他方の油室を油溜室に対してチエツク弁を介して
連通し、外部からの手動操作で前記シヤツトバル
ブを開くアジヤスタロツドを備えたことを特徴と
