室に連通した反力通路と、他方の摺動面に形成さ
れて上記供給通路と反力通路とを連通する分配通
路と、車両の速度の減少に応じたスプール弁の変
位に伴なつて上記反力通路と分配通路間の流路面
積を絞る第1絞り部と、通常は上記第1絞り部の
流路面積が大となる非作動位置に上記スプール弁
