底面が閉塞された筒形本体と、この筒形本体の上
面を閉塞し機器を支持する蓋体とを備え、前記筒
形本体と前記蓋体との各対向面に、それぞれ互い
に合致するボルト挿通孔を有するリング状の補強
部材が接着され、かつこられのいずれか一方の補
強部材に、ゴム状弾性材料からなり、他方の補強
部材に対して当接されるリング状の突条が設けら
れ、前記各補強部材のボルト挿通孔にボルトが取
付けられて前記筒形本体と前記蓋体とが気密に接
